🛍️ Orders

How do I place an order?

Just select your favorite item, choose your size and color, and click “Add to Cart.” Then proceed securely through checkout to complete your purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders go into production quickly through our partner Printful. Please email us at support@urnativewear.com within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, changes or cancellations may not be possible.


📦 Shipping & Fulfillment

How long does fulfillment and shipping take?

Because every item is made to order, production usually takes:

  • 2–5 business days for fulfillment

Shipping times depend on your location:

  • USA: 3–5 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.


🎽 Products & Sizing

What sizes do you offer?

Most items range from XS to 3XL. Please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Will my design look exactly like the image?

We use high-quality direct-to-garment (DTG) printing through Printful. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen and the fabric.


🎁 Customization

Do you accept custom design requests?

Currently, we do not offer custom or personalized designs. All items are pre-designed and printed on demand.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Since products are made to order, we only accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items that are damaged, misprinted, or defective
  • Incorrect items received

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Email us at support@urnativewear.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Note: We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, size issues, or incorrect addresses.
